And what's great in this email is that I've got this block here that will help me jump directly into my Salesforce, on the right contact. So here is me, obviously. Hey guys, I hope you all obviously well, today we will talk about the sales alerts and what's the best practice when you want to share with them an event that they need to be aware of. I'm Sylvain Davril, founder of Merlin and Leonard and certainly the Leonard team and this is a new Marketo. I'm in this situation where I want to send an alert to my sales team, whether because a visitor has filled out a contact form or whatever form that I judge necessary for them to know of. So here I am on my Marketo Office Hours subscription page, I will subscribe. And so this is my already filled-out form, I've subscribed and will receive this kind of email. And what's great in this email is that I've got this block here that will help me jump directly into my Salesforce on the right contact. So here is me, obviously, but then as a sales, I will be able to take a look at the person, understand who he is, have a look at the marketing sales insights, for instance, to perfectly understand what were the last interesting moments of this person. So obviously here I see that I've just filled out the Marketo Office Hours form, but I see that this person watched videos before and I'm then able to qualify this person correctly before reaching out. So that's great help. It helps me gain a lot of time. I can also here click on this and I will jump onto Marketo and have a look at the full activity log, which I find less useful because it's much more dense and hard to understand. So I would train myself not to look too much at this one, but more at the Salesforce one. So how do we do that? Let's have a look at Marketo. So this is the program that I'm using for my Office Hours subscription. You recognize the trigger campaign here with fills out form that will trigger this flow. So obviously I sent an email to the person who just entered the form, change the program status, and here we send an alert. And if we have a look at this email which is here and I edit it, we will see that I will be able to use a specific token that will help me put in a whole block of information. So this is this token here. SP_send_alert_info, which will insert the whole block here. So this is really useful because one token, and you find this token here at the bottom, so this is one. One token will insert a full block of information. So I can also, as you see here, insert traditional tokens for the full name first, last name, phone number, company, job title, whatever. But this one will also have the two hyperlinks, so that helps me jump directly into Marketo or Salesforce, both having the sales in one click go into the siret.
