Hi guys, we meet today to discuss the permissions in Paminga. Anyone who works in a marketing automation solution knows that it's crucial to give the right permission to whoever works in the solution so that they're free to do whatever they want, but according to their role. So your external agency may work on the assets, but not see the database and work on the workflows. Your junior recruit may create workflows, but not approve them, and so on and so forth. Let's see how Paminga does that in a very smart way. Here I'm in the account setting in my Paminga. I've got my permission here. My user here. And here on the screen, I will be able to create as many roles as I want and create teams. So in Paminga, the different rights will be gathered into roles. Roles will be given to either user or teams, and then the teams will have the right to see workspace and folders. I've just created this junior role because I wanted to make sure that my junior recruit was not breaking anything in Paminga. So I can give this role directly to my junior, or I could put my junior into a team and give this team roles. Here I will see the family of permission. I've got five big families, the administrative permissions, the asset automation, data management finder, and in all that, I have a very granular level of permissions. I can basically give all the rights matching the whole hierarchy here in the setup. On the custom field, drop down, field level of permission. Oh yeah, I've got the field level of permission. So it means that I can give or not to this role the right to update the values of all these fields. And I have a right per field. You see, I have all the fields in my database, whether it's on the account, on the contact, the custom, and the standard field. That's pretty great. So here I will not give the right to change the field. Let's see what it does. On the asset, I can, so I will not allow my junior to change or to create any brand kit, but it will be allowed to apply them on the call to action, the email, the form, and the landing page. Obviously, it doesn't have the right to delete them or to publish them. Until I checked everything. Regarding the workflows, it's the same. It has the right to create and update, but it will not have the right to execute the workflows. And in the data management part, it will see everything, but will not be able to, for instance, create or update custom objects or delete anything. And in the finder, it will be able to create folders, but not delete them and not share them. So, let's see how I see Paminga through my junior. So here, I logged in Firefox with a user, with this rule. And if I refresh, we'll see that here on the contact, I can see everything, but I am not allowed to modify any fields here. Everything is grayed out. Same for the account. I cannot see that. on the forms, for instance, I will be able to see the forms. I can enter the form, but I cannot, here, I don't have the right to put the form into the folder. I can apply the brand kit, but I will not be able to create a new brand kit. So that's exactly what I want. The last thing is that if I come back here in the finder, that's where I will give the right to my team to see workspace, folders, campaign, and this can be done at every level. So here, I can share this folder with any member or any team, but I could do that only, for instance, on this, on this folder here. I can choose very precisely how I give the visibility into my, into my, my Paminga. Usually would have workspace per region. So for instance, I would buy the Americas, the EMEA, and the Asian workspace, workspace, and I would give the, the sharing rights to the according teams. Obviously, I could have a central workspace with a dedicated folder given to my agency. So that's, they are able to work in this folder, but no else. So whether you are a medium enterprise or an enterprise account, you can exactly create permission at, for instance, the global level, region level, the country level, for external agencies, internal, your junior, your champions, give the right permission to anyone according to the role. That's pretty great. Talk to you soon for the next Paminga tip.
