Hi everybody, I hope you are marvelously well. Today in this Pamiga tip we will talk about the finder which will help us organize our work as a team and make sure that everybody sees what they're supposed to see and only that. Let's see that in the video. So wherever I am in Pamiga, I will always find the finder here. So it's a hierarchy of workspace, folders, subfolders and ultimately the campaigns. I usually organize my work using a center of excellence for all the templates here for the email landing page segment and forms. My marketing folder will be divided into the campaign that are always on such as the web forms, the blog campaigns and the campaigns that are related to the calendar, which are events, webinars, email promotions, things like that. There's also an operational campaigns folder here for the preference center that's covering the lead life cycle. This is my test folder and this is a test workspace. So for instance, I would be able to create easily in Pamiga a European workspace, an Americas workspace and an Asian workspace. So all that is included in Pamiga without any cost. Partitions are coming very soon to go with the workspace. What's great also is that I can here in this workspace, share this folder with either people or team. So in another Pamiga tip, we will see how we create the teams. We add people in those teams and we add roles and permissions to those person or those teams. But here that's where I will say, okay, this workspace is visible for this team or I can do that at a folder level here. And I can do that all at the campaign level. So that would be a bit strange to only give the visibility on one campaign, but why not? I can do that. So here I can find easily any asset, any campaign containing this keyword. I can filter by the type, which is pretty useful. Folder, I can here define tokens that I can use then inside campaign that are within this hierarchy starting with this folder. And we have here, I will have dedicated Pamiga tip on the tokens, but we have all those kinds of tokens we can create and reuse them in our email and landing pages. I can create global folders in the admin part. I can create folders, tokens, sorry, only at the campaign level. I can obviously here see my campaign members, rename the campaign, move a campaign. I can clone the campaign and I will clone obviously everything with it, all the assets, the workflows that will be cloned. So I can clone this campaign. Let's do that. It will take a few seconds. Okay. So it's pretty quick. And deleting is as easy as creating a clone. So if I delete this campaign, boom, deleted. I can also clone a folder. So if I want to clone this folder and all the campaigns within it, I can do that. And voila, here we have the folder and we have the campaign that is in clone. And again, if I want to delete that, it's pretty quick, pretty easy. So it's great to organize your work exactly as you want to share your folder, your workspace, and to use your tokens so that you can be more productive. Here from here, you can obviously create all the action, the workflows and all the assets you want. So yeah, so that all that's pretty, pretty great. And here I have access to my campaign members with all the statuses. So that's, that's also very great. Very soon we will have filters arriving here because it's kind of normalized now in all Paminga. And it's rolling, rolling out currently on all the, all those list screens. Yeah. So, a great, a great tool to be more productive in Paminga, the Finder. I love it. And it's content constantly improving. Talk to you soon for the next Paminga tip. I love it.
